JACOBABAD: A number of party workers of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) on Thursday joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Jacobabad.
PTI district information secretary Raaz Khan Pathan said that PMLN and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) dissatisfied the people of Pakistan. He claimed that both parties could not resolve the core issues of people including load shedding. Sindhi people suffered a lot and were deprived of development. Consequently, infrastructure of the province remained under-developed including roads, health centres, education institutes and other sectors as well.
“No clean water is available to the people despite their rule since ten years,” he remarked. Pathan urged the people to rise up against the corrupt politicians otherwise they would suffer the same issues in the next five years. Pathan claimed PTI to be the only political party that could resolve core issues of the society. “PTI wants a corruption-free Pakistan, and Imran Khan would resolve issues of poverty-stricken people after winning the upcoming general elections,” he concluded. The PTI leader welcomed the new workers and gave them mufflers and party clothes. Together, they chanted slogans in favour of PTI.
